2017 New Orleans Conference – Agenda


Hey All

The 2017 conference is less than a month away.... February 10-11, 2017.

For a long time now (no I mean it, a long time, because I am an old guy) I have thought of every good convention as having 3 parts…. Education, Celebration and Fun.

Our Annual Conference at the Hyatt Regency French Quarter, in New Orleans, is certainly going to subscribe to that model.

The theme of this year’s conference is “In Full Swing - Implementing for Results”, so you know there will be education.

I think you are hearing about that from other members of the PST.... but I get to send you the agenda, so copy attached.

The fun part, always finds a way to take care of itself.

I didn’t see this at the last Conference but I understand that John Tillger leads a pretty mean “conga line”…. and who knows that could happen again.

There is no scheduled "dance" for Ralph and I this year.... but if Aretha were to show up at the Awards Banquet, that could happen again too.

We will have celebration!

Some of it in the very first general session when we get to know, a little bit better, the Top Performers in our brand.... and see what has happened to their businesses since we last met.

Along with the Franchise Advisory Council (FAC), the Top Performers are the "peer leadership" of our Brand.... it is extremely important that you know who they are.
• They may well have knowledge that you want.
• They may be the voice of experience that you are looking for.
• They may be the ones to hear your concerns.... and pass them on.

Ralph and I are hosting this year's Awards Banquet.... complete with the Partner's Choice Award that we so enjoyed presenting, for the first time, at our last Conference.

We are going to ask that you dress up a bit for this one.... formal or semi-formal, all the way to your feet, this year.... to help make it the special event that it needs to be.

We can't do it right without you being there, so if you still haven't already registered.... get on with it, would you please!
