Instant Imprints offers several franchise entry options for qualified candidates. The right path depends on your goals, market, investment level, experience, and desired role in the business.

There are three primary ways to enter our brand: opening a new location, purchasing an existing center, or becoming an Area Franchisee.

New Location

New location development allows a franchise partner to start from the ground up. This can be a strong option if no other Instant Imprints franchise exists in your market.

It can also work well in areas where nearby centers already create some brand awareness. In that case, a new owner may be able to build on the existing presence of the brand.

A new location gives the owner the opportunity to set up operations from the beginning. You can open with new equipment, a fresh showroom, and a clear plan for building your customer base.

This path requires strong local marketing, sales effort, and customer development. However, it also gives you the chance to shape the business from day one.

Existing Center Resale

A resale or re-franchising opportunity allows a new owner to build on what an existing franchisee has already started.

This option is not always available in every market. When it is available, it may offer an existing customer base, local awareness, and some level of current cash flow.

At the same time, buyers should carefully review the business. Existing locations can have strengths, but they may also have operating challenges that are not immediately obvious.

Franchisees may sell for many reasons. These can include retirement, illness, divorce, success, underperformance, or a decision to pursue other priorities.

Area Franchise

Entering the brand as an Area Franchisee creates a different type of opportunity. This path can allow you to build a larger business within a defined geographic area.

Instant Imprints offers a limited number of Area Franchise opportunities in the United States and Canada. These areas may include a metropolitan market, a group of counties, or another defined region.

Area Franchisees have two primary roles. First, they help find and recruit new franchisees in their area. Second, they support, train, and coach franchisees in that area.

Area Franchisees also own and operate a pilot store for a period of time. This helps them understand the business model and support other franchisees more effectively.

This model can create revenue when franchises are awarded in the area. It can also create an ongoing royalty stream as the store base grows.
