The facts, figures and dollars probably are obvious questions to be asking - what will it cost, how much can I make, how long does it take to ramp up, what is break-even etc.
We are bound by the franchise disclosure laws in when and how fully we can answer those questions for you, particularly when in comes to Sales and Profits.
The information provided, by employees of the company, in those two areas is limited to what you will find in the Item 19 of our Franchise Disclosure Documents.
Franchisees however, are not bound by those same disclosure laws, so through the validation calls that you will make, they are a great source of information about these two areas.
Conversely, we the company, are both required and allowed to talk with you about the “expense” side of the business to whatever depth you want.
