II TRANSATLANTIC, INC. is the worldwide franchisor of Instant Imprints® centers. In the U.S., the corporate entity operates under No Frill Franchising, Inc. In Canada, it operates under II CA, Inc.
Instant Imprints changed the apparel, sign, and promotional products industries by combining several services into one efficient business model. As a result, customers can visit one center for branded apparel, signs and banners, custom t-shirts, promotional products, and print services.
The company began franchising in 2002. Later, CEO Ralph Askar and a group of shareholders purchased the master license for Instant Imprints Canada. Then, in May 2011, they purchased the balance of Instant Imprints.
Ralph Askar brings more than 28 years of hands-on franchising experience to the company. Before leading Instant Imprints, he built a strong record of success as one of Mail Boxes Etc. and The UPS Store’s most successful multiple area franchisees and international master licensees.
In addition, the Instant Imprints leadership team brings more than 200 years of combined retail management and franchising experience. Today, the team uses that experience to support the growth of the Instant Imprints franchise network.
