As Mike likes to say, it is my job to throw the party and his job to create the content for events like our 2017 Conference coming up this February in New Orleans, LA.<\/p>\n
I can assure you that the dialogue that needs to happen with the Hyatt Centric French Quarter to throw a good party is well underway. The hotel is in the heart of New Orleans, a short walk away from Bourbon Street, and adjacent to the Hard Rock Caf\u00e9.<\/p>\n

At this Conference I have a part to play in the content too. One of things that came through loud and clear from this year\u2019s Franchisee Survey was a need to do more in the realm of technology. To be honest, that did not come as total surprise to us, as we can all agree that a move from T-Quoter to shopVOX was long overdue.<\/p>\n
In addition to that work, which is already underway, I am looking forward to being part of presentation on iStores. A presentation that will position those as solution for customers that want to order on-line and a stepping stone to the right eCommerce solution for us.<\/p>\n
I will also be hosting, along with Glen Ellison from the FAC, a roundtable discussion to focus on the effective use of technology in our Brand. We will have a couple new and exciting initiatives to share with you at that table. And of course, are eager to hear your ideas, needs and suggestions.<\/p>\n
