Our Brand Center format offers more a complete manufacturing\/production component to the business.\u00a0 That allows a franchisee to have more control over the quality of the finished products, and increased ability to service the client and deliver more products faster.\u00a0 The additional production equipment also allows for a higher gross margin to be captured at the store level.\u00a0 This format is designed for a 1200-1600 sq ft space.\u00a0 With 1\/3 of the area dedicated to showroom 2\/3 of the area dedicated to production.<\/p>\n

Brand Center locations have more production equipment and carry a larger investment and offer the maximum blend of performance, production and scalability.\u00a0 The locations are more prevalent in the marketplace and are our most popular format location.\u00a0 They are an ideal choice for a business owner that wants to be able to control more production and workflow while also servicing the business customer.<\/p>\n

We typically select Class B retail, or prestige industrial\/flex locations with great visibility that is in close proximity to our business clients.\u00a0 We like bright, friendly and inviting locations with good ingress and egress for easy access and convenience.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
