Choosing a franchise is a major decision. If we decide to go into business together, it would begin a long-term relationship.<\/p>\n

That is why the franchise decision process should not be rushed. At this stage, the idea of moving forward is still a big \u201cif.\u201d Both sides need time to learn, ask questions, and decide whether the fit is right.<\/p>\n

We award franchises carefully. We do not simply sell them. That means you may decide that Instant Imprints is right for you. It also means we need to decide whether we believe you can succeed in our system.<\/p>\n

Each new franchisee can strengthen or weaken the brand. We want you to have the opportunity to pursue your goals through business ownership. At the same time, we have a responsibility to our existing franchisees and to the Instant Imprints brand.<\/p>\n

To help both sides make a thoughtful decision, we use an 8-step discovery and validation process. You can move through this journey at a pace that makes sense for you.<\/p>\n

At the end, either yes or no can be the right answer. The most important thing is choosing the answer that is right for both of us.<\/p>\n

The First Steps<\/h2>\n

The first three steps help us begin the process properly. They also help determine whether you have the financial ability to move forward if you later decide this opportunity is right for you.<\/p>\n

During these steps, we also provide a clearer picture of how the Instant Imprints business model is designed to work.<\/p>\n

  1. Complete a Personal Profile Form<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Receive, review, and discuss the Franchise Disclosure Document<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. Participate in a leadership call<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Validate the Opportunity<\/h2>\n

    Next, you will want to validate what you have learned. This step helps you understand whether what we describe is happening in the real world.<\/p>\n

    No one is better positioned to help with that than our franchisees. They are already living the business every day.<\/p>\n

    They do not benefit if you say yes. Their feedback also does not hurt them if it helps you decide to say no. Instead, their role is to help you better understand the business.<\/p>\n

    1. Complete validation calls with franchisees<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Attend Discovery Day<\/h2>\n

      If both sides are still interested after validation, the next step is Discovery Day.<\/p>\n

      This is when we invite you to our Partner Support Center in San Diego. You will meet the team that provides the support designed to help franchisees grow the brand.<\/p>\n

        Make the Decision<\/h2>\n

        After Discovery Day, it is decision time for both sides.<\/p>\n

        By this point, you have gathered facts, asked questions, and completed validation. We have also had the chance to get to know each other through the process.<\/p>\n

        If you decide that Instant Imprints can help you reach your goals, the next step is to submit a Letter of Intent.<\/p>\n

          If we believe you can be successful and strengthen the brand, we will respond with a Letter of Acceptance.<\/p>\n

          1. Receive a Letter of Acceptance<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Finalize the Franchise Agreement<\/h2>\n

            The final step is to execute the Franchise Agreement and pay the franchise fee.<\/p>\n

            At that point, both sides have made the big decision. We will still need to complete a few details, but those steps are manageable.<\/p>\n

            Then we can begin moving forward together.<\/p>\n
